CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME: 14 DAYS
All designs are hand-illustrated by a real human. Please allow up to 14 days for us to complete your pet's illustration before sending your leggings to print. Turnaround time is adjusted based on the quantity of orders that we receive. When available, you may choose to select 'rush order' to have your pet's portrait completed within 5 days.
From the time that your leggings leave our printer, shipping typically takes about 7-10 days.
This listing is for a *DIGITAL* portrait.
You will receive a .png and .jpeg version of your portrait delivered to the email with which you place your order. A physical print and additional products may be added on to your order.

Choosing a photo:
While we do our best to work with whatever photo you are able to provide, your pet's portrait will turn out the best with a photo that fits the following criteria:
• Pet is standing or sitting straight up and looking at the camera
• Medium to high resolution (standard camera phone photos are typically suitable)
• Please remember that portraits are hand-illustrated. We do our best to create an accurate representation of your pet that translates well into the design.

• Dark and/or blurry images
• Very small or low resolution images (i.e. thumbnails)
• Pet laying down and/or covered by other objects

Can you include more than one pet?
Our pride designs feature only one pet per design.
Can you illustrate animals other than dogs and cats?
YES! We love animals of all types and are happy to illustrate whoever you love.
Can I print my digital file?
Yes! You will receive print-quality PNG and JPEG files. For the best quality, we recommend printing digital portraits through a printer such as FedEx, but feel free to print on your home or office printer, too.
How will I receive my portrait?
Your portrait will be delivered via the email that you use as checkout.
I'd like to purchase a product that isn't available on this listing. Can you add it?

Will you make a revision to my portrait?
Revisions can be made for an additional fee. Fees vary based on the extent of the revision.
