As many people face financial hardship, housing insecurity, the effects of vet shortages, and big life changes after the pandemic, a whole lot of animals are finding themselves without homes. Shelters and rescues, many of which were already under-resourced, are struggling to accommodate the huge influx of pets coming through their doors. 

Every time that a dog finds a forever home, it not only saves their life, but opens up room for another dog in need. By advocating for rescue pets, encouraging our communities to choose adoption, and providing accessible spay/neuter to all pet owners, we can make an impact on pet overpopulation. 

Do Only Good Animal Rescue works with their county shelter to place dogs in forever homes. Through their efforts, they have saved countless lives, especially those of pit bull-type dogs.
