All designs are hand-illustrated by a real human. Please allow up to 7 days for us to complete your pet's illustration before sending your products to print. Turnaround time is adjusted based on the quantity of orders that we receive. When available, you may choose to select 'rush order' to have your pet's portrait completed within 5 days.

If your order includes physical products, shipping typically takes about 5-10 days from the time that your order leaves our printer.
