A custom, hand-illustrated portrait of your pet.
This listing is for a hand-illustrated portrait of one animal of any species (excluding humans). You will receive a digital copy of your portrait via email as well as a professional quality 8"x10" giclee print.
We are accepting an extremely limited number of custom portraits for the holiday season.
Orders placed by Wednesday, December 17 will receive a digital copy of their portrait by Tuesday, December 23. Giclee prints and any additional products added to your order will likely arrive after Christmas.

While we do our best to work with whatever photo you are able to provide, your pet's portrait will turn out the best with a photo that fits the following criteria:
• Pet is standing or sitting straight up and looking at the camera
• Bright, indirect lighting
• Accurate representation of your pet's coloring and distinct markings
• Medium to high resolution (standard camera phone photos in which your pet takes up at least 50% of the frame are typically suitable)
• Feel free to include an additional photo that highlights anything that may not be accurately represented in your first photo (i.e. coloring, distinct markings, natural ear position). Additional photos may be emailed to hello@detezi.com; please include your order number in the title of the email
🚫 Please avoid the following: 🚫
• Dark and/or blurry images
• Very small or low resolution images (i.e. thumbnails)
• Pet laying down and/or covered by other objects
We may reach out for additional photos, if needed and if time allows. If you are unable to provide additional photos for any reason, we may ask questions that give us a better idea of your pet's appearance.

Can I add additional pets to my portrait?
At this time, we are only offering portraits of single animals.
How will I receive my portrait?
You will receive a digital copy of your portrait via the email that you use as checkout. Your 8"x10" giclee print will be shipped via USPS.
I'd like to purchase a product that isn't available on this listing. Can you add it?
Please contact us with your request, and we'll see what we can do! Product availability may be affected by our supplier's inventory.
Will you make a revision to my portrait?
Revisions can be made for an additional fee. Fees start at $10, but vary based on the extent of the revision.
