Collection: Tater | FUNDRAISER for HHART

Tater found himself in a high-intake, high-population shelter, emaciated and unable to walk. Luckily for him, Halfway Home Animal Rescue Team stepped in to help.

While the exact cause of Tater's paralysis is unknown, it's believed to be a combination of congenital defects, trauma, and neglect. Despite his past, this sweet young guy is full of love and joy for life; he's even started using his legs a bit, hopefully becoming a candidate for a wheelchair.

Additionally, Tater had an elongated soft palette, which made it difficult for him to breathe. He underwent a procedure to trim the palette earlier this year.

Tater is currently enjoying the good life, thanks to his loving foster family.
