CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME: 14 DAYS
All designs are hand-illustrated by a real human. Please allow up to 14 days for us to complete your pet's illustration before sending your ornament to print. Turnaround time is adjusted based on the quantity of orders that we receive. When available, you may choose to select 'rush order' to have your pet's portrait completed within 5 days.
From the time that your ornament leaves our printer, shipping typically takes about 7-10 days.
Please place your order by December 1 to guarantee delivery within the US by Christmas Eve.

While we do our best to work with whatever photo you are able to provide, your pet's portrait will turn out the best with a photo that fits the following criteria:
• Pet is standing or sitting straight up and looking at the camera
• Bright, indirect lighting
• Accurate representation of your pet's coloring and distinct markings
• Medium to high resolution (standard camera phone photos are typically suitable)
• Feel free to include an additional photo that highlights anything that may not be accurately represented in your first photo (i.e. coloring, distinct markings, natural ear position). Additional photos may be emailed to hello@detezi.com; please include your order number in the title of the email

• Very small or low resolution images (i.e. thumbnails)
